These Terms of Service govern your use of the Espresso, my Love loyalty app and website.

Loyalty Program

Customers may earn stamps through eligible purchases. The current reward is one free drink after ten stamps. Espresso, my Love may modify or discontinue the loyalty program, rewards, or eligibility requirements at any time without notice.

Rewards

Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for money. Rewards are valid only at Espresso, my Love and may be subject to availability. Staff may verify eligibility before honoring a reward.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access another customer's account without permission
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate loyalty balances
• Reuse or share QR codes in a fraudulent manner
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass security features of the app

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or abused the loyalty program.

Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Espresso, my Love is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or participation in the loyalty program.

Eligibility

The loyalty program is intended for use by customers of Espresso, my Love and may be limited to specific locations or regions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
