We may also collect basic device and usage information needed to operate the app and maintain security. Staff accounts may request camera access only to scan customer loyalty QR codes; photos and videos are not saved.

  • Create and manage your account
  • Display your loyalty card and stamp progress
  • Allow staff to award stamps and redeem rewards
  • Prevent fraud and abuse
  • Respond to support requests

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate the app, including:

  • Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication and data storage

These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Admin users may access customer loyalty information only for store operations, customer support, fraud prevention, and reward redemption.

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. Loyalty transactions and audit records may be retained as needed for business records and fraud prevention. When you delete your account, your personal information will be removed or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.

Account deletion is available within the app or through the public Delete Account page.

Children’s Privacy

This service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
