Delete Account

Espresso, my Love customers can request deletion of their loyalty account from inside the mobile app or from this public web page.

Delete From The App

Open the app, go to Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm the request. This is the fastest way to start account deletion because it verifies that you are signed in to the account.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@espressomylove.app from the email address associated with your account and include the phrase “Delete my account”.

What Gets Deleted

Your login account and personal profile details will be deleted or anonymized. Loyalty transactions and audit records may be retained as business records and fraud-prevention records, but they will no longer include your personal profile details.

Timing

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe after confirming account ownership. We may ask for additional information if we cannot verify the account from the request.
